DMCA and copyright policy

How ZyroTV handles copyright notices, what a valid report must contain, and how to send one to our team.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

ZyroTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use our service to do the same. This page explains our position on copyright and sets out the process for submitting a notice under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and comparable procedures in other jurisdictions.

Our role

ZyroTV provides access to a streaming service. We do not produce, broadcast, record, upload or store the audiovisual content that reaches subscribers, and we do not operate the origin servers from which third-party streams are transmitted. Where content is supplied to us by upstream providers, we rely on those providers’ representations that they hold the necessary rights.

Because we do not host the underlying material, a notice sent to us may need to be directed to the party that does. Where that is the case we will say so, and where we are able to identify the relevant upstream provider we will forward your notice to them.

Submitting a copyright notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to zyrotvpro@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

What a valid notice must include

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Where multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail — channel name, stream identifier, date and time — for us to locate it.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

How we respond

We aim to acknowledge complete notices within five business days. Where material is within our control and the notice is valid, we will act expeditiously to disable access to it. Where it is not within our control, we will tell you and, where possible, identify the appropriate party.

Counter-notification

If access to material has been disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. A counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers. Accounts subject to repeated valid notices may be suspended or closed without refund, in line with our Terms of Service.

Misuse of this process

Submitting a notice you know to be materially false may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are unsure whether the material is infringing, we recommend seeking legal advice before sending a notice.

Contact

Copyright notices and counter-notifications should be addressed to the ZyroTV legal contact at zyrotvpro@gmail.com. Notices sent through live chat or WhatsApp cannot be processed, because we require a written record.
